You will receive an e-mail from the parcel service with the estimated delivery time. If you are not present, the package can be delivered to the neighbours. In this case, or if we cannot deliver, the driver will leave a message in the mailbox. The package will then be offered a second time. If the parcel is not delivered after 2 attempts, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you for a new delivery, in which case additional costs may apply.
An order placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend will only be processed on Monday.
In busy periods, such as at the end of the year or during sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.
